Nothing hurts like your mouth
I am having one heck of a tooth ache. Upper left molar and it feels like someone taking a needle and pushing it between my gums and tooth. I am hoping it is just something lodged between there and not a real tooth problem. Thank goodness for 800mg of pain killers.

Oh dear, I have had a few dandies in my day and I don't envy you. You have my complete and utter sympathies. Got some floss? Maybe it's something lodged in there and you can remove it but be careful not to aggravate it even more if it's not that. Hope it's better soon!
